Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
At Little Rock Recovery, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a higher level of support and structure for those looking to tackle Substance Use Disorders. PHP is an intensive treatment option that provides comprehensive care during the day while allowing clients to return home in the evening. It serves as a bridge between the intensive support of inpatient care and the personal freedom of outpatient care.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
At Little Rock Recovery, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide the support you need to overcome substance use disorder while maintaining your daily responsibilities. Whether you’re balancing work, school, or family life, our IOP offers a structured and flexible treatment option to help you achieve lasting recovery. IOP is a step-down level of care from PHP and is ideal for anyone who doesn’t require 24/7 supervision but still needs intensive support.
Individual Therapy
Little Rock Recovery offers individual therapy as a standalone service for anyone seeking support in their recovery journey. Our licensed therapists provide one-on-one counseling to help clients develop coping strategies, address co-occurring mental health concerns, and work toward lasting sobriety. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, we tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. This service is available to anyone with substance use disorder, whether or not they have completed our PHP or IOP programs.
Medication Management
Little Rock Recovery offers medication management as a standalone service for individuals seeking support in their recovery journey. Our medical team provides personalized assessments and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe and effective medication use for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Using evidence-based treatment plans, we help clients manage cravings, stabilize their mood, and support long-term sobriety. This service is available to anyone in need, whether or not they have completed our PHP or IOP programs.

How long do PHP and IOP programs last?
The length of treatment varies depending on individual needs, but PHP typically lasts a few weeks to a month, while IOP can range from several weeks to a few months based on progress and recovery goals.
